Micro-chipping your pet is a great tool for
the security of your pet. The chip can be registered with
the AKC Companion Animal Care Database and the Home Again National Data Base for recovery when lost or stolen.
Spaying and Neutering
As per your sales contract, the puppies I sell are to be spayed or
neutered. Males by 12-14 months of age and females 10-11 months of age before
their first heat cycle. Do not "fix" them at 5 or 6 months. Keeping in tact a bit longer is believed to help their immune
system mature a bit longer in fighting disease, growth etc. Here are two
low-cost places to have your pets neutered.
